Krysti Wilson has been involved with theatre and the performing arts for over 20 years. It has been her life long dream to run a theater school for kids, and thanks to her family, now it is happening! Her training credits include Houston Grand Opera, College of the Mainland, Houston Ballet, Pastorini Bosby Talent Agency and HITS Theatre. As a professional actor, she has performed with Main Street Theatre, Main Street Youth Theatre, Theatre LaB Houston, and Bayou City Concert Musicals. With her real passion being directing and choreographing, Krysti has worked with Welch Middle School, Emory Weiner Middle School, Bellaire High School, Royal Academy of Fine Arts, St. Edwards University.
Krysti has been on the teaching staff at TUTS, the Houston Ballet, and the JCC. She served as a teacher, Associate Artistic Director, and then the Artistic Director of HITS Theater from 2004-2008 during which she directed many productions including two Miller Productions; Cinderella and Peter Pan. In the first year after she founded Wildfish Theatre, she directed You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Once On This Island, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, three productions of Spelling Bee and finally A Year With Frog and Toad. “I would just like to take this moment to thank my two parents for their support in all of my endeavors.”
